05/04/10	Big Help! I gave them a call and they had somebody out to car tow for me in less than one hour. I really liked their service because they haver fair rates and let me know what was going on with the towing of my car the whole time. I highly recommend North Shore for any roadside assistance you might need.

05/04/10	by javier Excelent!!! I was stuck on the side of the road late one night in Northbrook because I had a flat tire, I called North Shore and they had somebody out to see me in only 30 minutes, the driver was very friendly and helpful. Im really happy with the quality of service and price.

04/16/07	Great Service at a Great Price!: Henry came out on a cold night and pulled me out of a ditch. My tire was flat and he put my spare on to get me back home. I will always call them when I need a Tow, or get a flat.
04/16/07	Third time we had to use them & Happy everytime!: This is the third time my family has had to use North Shores Towing services and I always get great service from them. Henry unlocked my car in less than two minutes and had me on the way to pick up my kids in no time at all. Thanks North Shore Towing!!!
04/12/07	by drozek2002 Best Towing Service in Town!: My car broke down in Oak Brook and they picked up my car in less than an hour. They took me to there mechanic and few hours later I had a new water pump installed and I was back on the road. The tow driver (Henry) was very professional and helpful. They did a fantastic job for me and I hope you'll get treated as good as I did!

08/21/09	Evanston, IL Bobby, you rock!  Our car broke down 3 blocks away at the Valero at Asbury and Oakton.  We wanted to donate the car but after 24 hours the guy over there refused to let us leave it.  We explained our situation to Bobby at North Shore Towing and he said he could come right away and give us $125 for the car!  I'm sure he's getting a deal, but we feel like we struck gold...I hope not to have to use them again, but if we do, we'd use North Shore Towing.
07/24/09	Chicago, IL I had to have my vehicle towed twice in a weeks time. When I called shop to find out who they work with, they told me North Shore would be my best bet so I gave them a call. The car was picked up and dropped off well cared for and without issue each time. And even though they normally would get payment from an individual that calls in a pickup as opposed to a shop calling the tow in, they arranged the payment with the shop and I only had to pay the deductible later when I picked up my vehicle. For the second tow, the truck was on the scene in less than 25 minutes!I am very happy with their service and will use them again when the need arises.

07/11/09	Northbrook, IL Had them tow my car in February and they were so polite. The tow was done promptly and well.
01/12/09	Chicago, IL These guys saved my butt on Saturday, when my car died in a supermarket parking lot in Niles in a snowstorm (with a trunk full of groceries - doesn't it always work that way?).  They told me it would be 1.5 - 2 hours until they could come, which wasn't surprising given the weather, but actually arrived in about half an hour. They didn't charge extra for opening the door so I could pop the trunk and rescue my groceries, and towed my car to their own lot because my mechanic's lot was full.  The driver was polite and professional throughout.
09/02/08	Chicago, IL As a property manager, having a reliable towing company to patrol our lots or provide on-call service is a must.   Although we never enjoy towing a person's car, when it needs to go, it needs to go fast.  We also enjoy knowing that our customers (who are often frustrated to find their cars relocated) will be treated with tolerance and respect when they retrieve their cars.  -- North Shore provides all this, consistently.Well over 30 cars towed in the last three or four years, and never a damage complaint - not one.  They would earn five stars if their drivers were as clear communicators as their dispatch, but what can you really expect, that's why they are tow-truck drivers...
04/18/08	Chicago, IL Today was the day.  Living in Chicago, I knew it'd happen sooner or later. I hit a pothole, and next thing I knew, 10 minutes later, one of my front tires was as flat as a pancake.  Not knowing what to do, or how to change a tire [kill me now], and not wanting to ruin my fresh manicure [kidding...well, not really], I called North Shore Towing to come rescue me.They were unable to get the spare tire on, so my car had to be towed a couple of miles to the nearest tire shop.  The driver was one of the nicest guys I have ever encountered while I've been in Chicago, and the dispatcher was very friendly, too.  They told me they'd arrive in 20 minutes, and they did within a half-hour, so I was happy.   My car was not damaged in the process [like many towing companies seem to do].  I found the rates to be reasonable.Getting a flat tire is never a pleasant experience, but with North Shore Towing, they made it bearable.  If, God forbid, I ever need towing again, they have my business.
